1. What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to Tuscaloosa County, Jefferson County, Hale County, Bibb County, Pickens County, Greene County, and Fayette County. Delivery fees may vary based on location.

2. Is setup included in the rental price?

Yes, setup and breakdown are included for tents and canopies. Tables and chairs are drop-off only, but they are easy to set up on your own.

3. How far in advance should I book my rentals?

We recommend booking at least 14 days in advance to ensure availability, especially during busy seasons like football games and holidays. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests if items are available.

4. What happens if there’s bad weather?

Tents provide some protection, but we recommend having a backup plan for severe weather. Please contact us for advice on rescheduling or adjustments if needed.

5. Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before your event.

6. Can I make changes to my order after booking?

You can make adjustments up to a week before your event, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply for changes made after this period.

7. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event will forfeit the 25% non-refundable deposit. Any cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may incur additional fees based on the timing and size of the order. However, we will do our best to work with you to reschedule your booking if needed.

8. Are there additional fees for setups on cement or asphalt?

Yes, additional fees may apply for setups on surfaces that require special anchoring, like cement or asphalt. Contact us for more details.

9. Can I pick up the rentals myself?

No, we only offer delivery to ensure that all items are set up and broken down properly. This allows us to maintain safety standards and ensure the highest quality experience for your event.

10. What if an item is damaged or lost during my event?

You are responsible for any damages or loss of rental items during your event. Replacement or repair costs will be billed to you.
